These terms govern your use of DayLeaf, the journaling application published by silicasites, and the related website at silicasites.com/dayleaf.
Using DayLeaf
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to harm others.
Your content
You retain ownership of journal entries and other content you create. Entries are stored on your device. You grant us a limited license to process account information solely to operate authentication, Premium, and related account features.
Service availability
We aim to keep DayLeaf reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Local journaling features continue to work offline even when account services are unavailable.
Termination
You may stop using DayLeaf at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
